On the Tron network, the minimum deposit is 10 USDT. On all other supported networks (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana), the minimum is 1 USDC or 1 USDT. The minimum amount is displayed in the DPT app when you select a network for deposit.

If your withdrawal is still being processed by DPT, you may be able to cancel it. Please check the withdrawal status in the DPT app. If the withdrawal has already been submitted to the blockchain, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Withdrawal processing time depends on the blockchain network used. Once processed by DPT, the transaction is submitted to the blockchain. You can check the status of your withdrawal in the DPT app.

To fund your account, you can purchase USDC or USDT from any cryptocurrency exchange and then deposit them into your DPT account.

If your withdrawal has not arrived, please check the following:

1. Check the withdrawal status in the DPT app.
2. If the status shows "completed," check the transaction on a blockchain explorer using the TxID provided by DPT.
3. If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but not credited at the receiving platform, contact the receiving platform directly.
4. If the status is still "pending," please allow more time for processing.

Fiat deposits via bank transfer are coming soon. Currently, you can fund your DPT account by depositing USDC or USDT via supported blockchain networks (Ethereum, Polygon, Tron, Solana).

2. Choose the destination country and payment rail (bank transfer, e-wallet, or mobile money).
3. Enter the recipient's details (account number, IBAN, or phone number). DPT validates the recipient's name before sending.
4. Review the FX rate and fee. The rate is mid-market and locked at the time of confirmation.
5. Confirm and send. Most transfers arrive within minutes. Some bank wires in smaller markets may take longer.

If your deposit has not arrived, please check the following:

1. Confirm the deposit has been confirmed on the blockchain using your transaction hash (TxID) on a blockchain explorer.
2. Confirm you sent a supported asset (USDC or USDT) on a supported network (Ethereum, Polygon, Tron, or Solana).
3. Check that your deposit meets the minimum amount: 1 USDC or 1 USDT, or 10 USDT on Tron.

5. If you sent funds using the wrong network or wrong cryptocurrency, please refer to our article on Wrong Network or Wrong Coin Deposit Recovery.

If you deposited funds using the wrong blockchain network or wrong cryptocurrency, DPT will do its best to assist with recovery, but recovery is not guaranteed.

To submit a recovery request, please provide the following information:

1. Your DPT deposit address
2. The network you used for the deposit
3. The cryptocurrency and amount deposited
4. The transaction hash (TxID)
5. A screenshot of the withdrawal status from the sending platform

If recovery is possible, a recovery fee will apply. Processing typically takes 10 to 20 business days once confirmed.
