Why did my deposit not arrive?

If your deposit has not arrived, please check the following:

1. Confirm the deposit has been confirmed on the blockchain using your transaction hash (TxID) on a blockchain explorer.
2. Confirm you sent a supported asset (USDC or USDT) on a supported network (Ethereum, Polygon, Tron, or Solana).
3. Check that your deposit meets the minimum amount: 1 USDC or 1 USDT, or 10 USDT on Tron.
4. Deposits typically arrive within approximately 1 minute. If it has been less than a few minutes, please wait.
5. If you sent funds using the wrong network or wrong cryptocurrency, the deposit may not credit automatically. Please refer to our Wrong Network or Wrong Coin Deposit Recovery article.
