If your order is stuck in Pending status or is immediately declined, please follow the steps below:
1. If your order is "Pending"
- Reason: Our payment partners may require additional compliance information or identity verification before approving the transaction.
- What to do: Check the purchase page in the app or your registered email inbox for any verification requests. Once you submit the required documents, our partner will review them promptly.
2. If your order is "Declined / Rejected Immediately"
- Reason: Even if you selected a supported payment method, your issuing bank or payment provider may restrict purchases involving cryptocurrencies or stablecoins.
- What to do: We recommend trying a different payment method or card.
