It depends on the payment status of your order:
- If your payment is successful or processing: No. Once the payment is submitted, the order cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for our payment provider to return the final transaction result.
- If your order is pending payment (unpaid): You do not need to manually cancel it. You can either re-initiate the payment or simply leave it alone—the order will automatically cancel and close after 48 hours.
