If your withdrawal has not arrived, please check the following:
- Check the withdrawal status in the DPT app.
- If the status shows "completed," check the transaction on a blockchain explorer using the TxID provided by DPT.
- If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but not credited at the receiving platform, contact the receiving platform directly.
- If the status is still "pending," please allow more time for processing.
