- Check the withdrawal status in the DPT app.
- If the status shows "completed," look up the transaction on a blockchain explorer using the TxID provided by DPT.
- If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but hasn't been credited at the receiving platform, please contact that receiving platform directly.
- If the status is still "pending," please allow a little more time for processing.
