If you just made a deposit but your balance shows zero, please check the following:
- Confirm the deposit has been confirmed on the blockchain. You can check using your transaction hash (TxID) on a blockchain explorer.
- Make sure you sent a supported asset (USDC or USDT) on a supported network (Ethereum, Polygon, Tron, or Solana).
- Deposits typically arrive within approximately 1 minute. If it has been less than a few minutes, please wait.
- If you sent funds on the wrong network or with the wrong cryptocurrency, the deposit may not credit automatically. See our Wrong Network or Wrong Coin Deposit Recovery article.
