Why is my balance showing zero after I deposited?

If you just made a deposit but your balance is still showing zero, here are a few things to check:

1. Confirm the deposit has been confirmed on the blockchain. You can check this using your transaction hash (TxID) on a blockchain explorer.
2. Make sure you sent a supported asset (USDC or USDT) on a supported network (Ethereum, Polygon, Tron, Base, BSC, or Solana).
3. Deposits typically arrive within approximately 1 minute, so if it has been less than a few minutes, please give it a little more time.
4. If you sent funds on the wrong network or with the wrong cryptocurrency, the deposit may not credit.
