If your deposit has not arrived or your top-up is not working, please check the following:
1. Confirm you sent a supported cryptocurrency (USDC or USDT) to the correct deposit address shown in the DPT app.
2. Confirm you used a supported blockchain network (Ethereum, Polygon, Tron, or Solana).
3. Check that your deposit meets the minimum amount: 1 USDC or 1 USDT. On the Tron network, the minimum is 10 USDT.
4. Check the transaction status on the blockchain using your transaction hash (TxID). If the transaction has not been confirmed on the blockchain yet, please wait a few minutes.
