If you deposited funds using the wrong blockchain network or wrong cryptocurrency, DPT will do its best to assist with recovery, but recovery is not guaranteed.
To submit a recovery request, please provide the following information:
- Your DPT deposit address
- The network you used for the deposit
- The cryptocurrency and amount deposited
- The transaction hash (TxID)
- A screenshot of the withdrawal status from the sending platform
If recovery is possible, a recovery fee will apply. Processing typically takes 10 to 20 business days once confirmed.
Please note that deposits below $10 USD may not be recoverable.
