Can I have multiple DPT accounts?

DPT allows only one account per individual. Once your identity is verified, it cannot be used to register another account.

Do I need to be 18 to sign up?

You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for a DPT account.

Can I change my phone number?

For information about changing your phone number, please contact our support team. They can assist you with updating your account details.

Can I change my email after signing up?

For information about changing your email address, please contact our support team. They can assist you with updating your account details.

How do I find my account ID?

To find your account ID, go to Settings, then Account Info, then ID in the DPT app.

Can I sign up without KYC?

You can create a DPT account without completing KYC, but you will not be able to access full features. KYC is required to apply for a card and use most services. Completing KYC unlocks the full features of DPT.

Can I sign up with my phone number?

Yes. You can sign up for DPT using either your email address or your phone number. Both options are available during registration.

My email already exists but I never signed up

If you see a message that your email is already linked to an account, it means an account was previously created with that email. Please try logging in instead, or use "Forgot Password" to reset your credentials.

How do I sign up for DPT?

To sign up for DPT:

  1. Download the DPT app from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Sign up using your email or phone number
  3. Verify with the one-time password (OTP) sent to you
  4. Set your account password
  5. Complete KYC to unlock full features

How do I delete my account using the website?

If you do not have access to the DPT app, you can request account deletion via the website:

  1. Go to https://dpt.xyz/delete-my-account
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Request a 6-digit verification code and enter it
  4. Confirm the deletion

Please note: account deletion is permanent. All access will be removed after processing. There is a 15-day grace period during which you can reverse the deletion by logging back into the app.

Where do I enter a referral code during sign-up?

During the registration process, you will see a field to enter a referral code or referral ID. You can also register directly through a friend's referral link, which will automatically apply the referral.

Please note: the referral relationship must be established during registration. Once registration is complete, the referral cannot be changed or added later.

I did not receive my OTP verification code

If you did not receive your one-time password (OTP) during registration or login, please try the following:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder if you are using email verification.
  2. Ensure your phone number is entered correctly with the correct country code.
  3. Wait a few minutes and try requesting a new code.
  4. Make sure your device has a stable internet connection.
  5. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

Account Registration and Login

To register, sign up using your email or phone number, verify with the one-time password (OTP) sent to you, set your account password, and complete KYC to unlock full features.

If your email already exists, it means your email is already linked to an existing account. Please try logging in instead, or use "Forgot Password" to reset your credentials.

To find your account ID, go to Settings, then Account Info, then ID in the DPT app.

Deleting Your Account

To delete your account, go to Security, then Delete Account in the DPT app. After confirming, there is a 15-day fallback period during which you can still reverse the deletion by logging back in.

You can still request and receive refunds during the 15-day fallback period before deletion takes effect.

After the 15-day period, the deletion can no longer be reversed.

Locked Account

If you enter your login password incorrectly 5 times in a row, your account will be automatically locked. You will receive an email notification when this happens.

Your account will automatically unlock after 24 hours. No action is needed.

Important: your DPT card remains fully active and can still be used for transactions while your account is locked. Only login access is restricted.
