How to delete your account:
Go to Homepage > Profile & Settings (top-left icon) > Security > Manage Account.
Important Notes:
- Immediate & Irreversible: Account deletion takes effect immediately with no grace period. Once confirmed, this process cannot be reversed.
- Balance & Refund Forfeiture: Any remaining balances, pending refunds, or settled expenses will not be refunded or returned under any circumstances. Please ensure all funds are fully withdrawn and your account balance is zero before proceeding.
- KYC Re-verification Restriction: If your account has completed identity verification (KYC), the same identity cannot be used for verification again in the future.
