It depends on whether your deleted account was verified:
- Verified Accounts (KYC Completed): No. Once an account completes identity verification (KYC), your details are permanently linked to that account and cannot be reused to verify a new one—even after deletion. This applies regardless of which document you submit.
- Unverified Accounts: Yes. If your deleted account was not verified, you can create a new DPT account and complete identity verification as normal.
