Refund processing times depend on two main stages: International Payment Processing and Account Settlement.
Stage 1: International Payment Processing (Up to 30 days) Once the merchant approves your refund request, a refund order with the status "Pending" is generated immediately. Because cross-border transactions involve multiple financial intermediaries, actual funds take longer to arrive than the status update.
According to official Visa guidelines, this process typically takes up to 30 days, depending on the speed of each handling entity. DPT cannot expedite or intervene in this phase.

Stage 2: Account Settlement (Based on Refund Amount) Once the funds successfully reach DPT, they will be processed and returned to your account according to the following timelines:
- Refunds of $1,000 USD or less: Funds will become available within 7 days.
- Refunds above $1,000 USD: Funds will become available within 14 days.
