How do I dispute a charge?

If you want to dispute a charge on your DPT card:

  1. Freeze your card immediately in the DPT app to prevent further unauthorised use.
  2. Contact our support team with the details of the transaction (date, amount, merchant name).

Chargebacks must be reported within 60 days of the statement posting date. Our team will investigate and assist you with the dispute process.
