If you enter your login password incorrectly 5 times in a row, your account will be automatically locked, and you'll receive an email notification when this happens.
The good news is that your account will automatically unlock after 24 hours, so no action is needed on your part.
One important point: your DPT card stays fully active and can still be used for transactions while your account is locked. Only login access is restricted.
