We currently do not offer a temporary account disable option. Depending on your needs, you can either permanently delete your account or temporarily freeze your card:
Option 1: Permanent Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently close your account:
- Navigation Path: Open the DPT app and go to Homepage > Profile & Settings (top-left menu ☰) > Security > Manage Account.
⚠️ Important Note: Account deletion is irreversible. Please ensure you withdraw all remaining funds prior to deleting your account. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored and any unwithdrawn funds cannot be recovered.
Option 2: Temporary Card Freeze
If you only want to temporarily pause card transactions:
- Navigation Path: Go to Card > More > Freeze Card.
- You can unfreeze your card in the app at any time to resume transactions.
