You can temporarily freeze your card directly in the DPT app at any time, which is handy if you've lost your card or suspect unauthorised use.
While your card is frozen, no transactions will be processed, and you can unfreeze it again at any time from the app.
Just so it's clear, freezing is different from locking. Locking is triggered automatically by the system when you enter your CVV, expiry date, or PIN incorrectly 3 times, and that lock lifts automatically after 24 hours.
