My card was lost or stolen

If your card has been lost or stolen, take these steps immediately:

  1. Open the DPT app and freeze your card to prevent unauthorized transactions.
  2. Review your recent transaction history for any charges you do not recognize.
  3. If you see unauthorized charges, report them to our support team immediately.
  4. Request a replacement card in the app. Replacement cards cost $10 USD.

While your card is frozen, no transactions will be processed. You can unfreeze it at any time from the app if you recover your card.
