If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, take these steps immediately:
- Freeze your card in the DPT app to prevent any unauthorized transactions.
- Change your password using the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if you have not already. Go to Profile, then Security in the app.
- Review your recent transaction history for any charges you do not recognize.
