I think my account has been hacked

If you suspect someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, please take these steps right away:

1. Freeze your card in the DPT app to prevent any unauthorized transactions.
2. Change your password using the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen.
3. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if you haven't already, by going to Profile, then Security in the app.
4. Review your recent transaction history for any charges you don't recognize.
