Transactions and Refunds

Once your deposit arrives in your DPT account, the funds are automatically available for card spending. There is no need to manually transfer or top up from your balance to your card. You can start using your card right away after your deposit is confirmed.

When a merchant issues a refund to your DPT card, the processing time depends on the refund amount.

For refunds of 1,000 USD or less, the funds will be available after a 7-day hold.

For refunds above 1,000 USD, the funds will be available after a 14-day hold.

If your refund has not appeared after the expected timeframe, please contact us via in-app chat or email [email protected] and we will investigate.

You can view your full transaction history in the DPT app. Each individual transaction record can be shared directly from the app.

Full account statement export is not currently supported.
