No, card deletion is completely permanent and irreversible. Once the Platform exercises its right to delete or close a card due to an unresolved negative balance, account dormancy, or other operational compliance thresholds, the specific card number and its associated routing configuration are immediately and permanently removed from the payment network interface. Under no circumstances can customer support reactivate or restore a deleted card; if you wish to use our card services again in the future, you must fulfill any outstanding platform obligations (such as settling all negative historical balances) and submit a completely new card application within the App, subject to system review and approval.
