DPT offers an anti-phishing code feature to help you confirm that emails from DPT are genuine.
You can set a custom code (a word or phrase that only you know), and all official emails from DPT will include it. If an email claims to be from DPT but doesn't contain your anti-phishing code, please don't trust it.
Here's how to set up your anti-phishing code:
- Open the DPT app.
- Go to Profile, then Security.
- Select Anti-Phishing Code.
- Create your unique code.
As a reminder, DPT will never ask you for your password, full card number, CVV, or wallet recovery phrase. If you receive a message asking for any of these, it's not from DPT.
