If you are unable to add your DPT card to Apple Pay, please check the following:
- Temporary Security Hold: Wait at least 24-48 hours before trying again
- Billing Address Mismatch: Ensure your billing address in Apple Pay matches the one registered to your DPT card. You can view or update it in the app via Card > More > Billing address.
- Card Frozen or Locked: Check your card status in the DPT app to ensure it is active.
