If you do not have access to the DPT app, you can request account deletion via the website:
- Go to https://dpt.xyz/delete-my-account
- Enter your registered email address
- Request a 6-digit verification code and enter it
- Confirm the deletion
Please note: account deletion is permanent. All access will be removed after processing. There is a 15-day grace period during which you can reverse the deletion by logging back into the app.
