DPT accepts only the following valid, non-expired documents for KYC verification (including foreign-issued documents):
- Passport
- National ID Card
- Driver's License
- Residence Permit
(Note: Other forms of government-issued IDs are not accepted.)
Restricted Jurisdictions
Card issuance is currently unavailable for residents or document holders of the following prohibited countries:
Belarus, China (Mainland), Cuba, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam.
