If a card transaction is declined, a fee of $0.50 USD may apply. The first 3 declined transactions per calendar month are free. After that, each decline costs $0.50 USD.
Declines that count toward this limit include those caused by insufficient balance, frozen card, lost card status, or incorrect card details.
The count resets at the beginning of each calendar month.
