The Promo Code is an exclusive discount code issued by DPT Pay for card applications. Entering a valid code during the purchase process applies a deduction to your card issuance fee.
There are two types of promo codes, both following the exact same process:
- Fixed Amount: Deducts a specific amount (e.g., -$5.00 USD).
- Percentage: Deducts a specific percentage (e.g., 50% or 99% off).
Where to find them: Promo codes can be obtained via official platform events, our partner, KOLs, or communities.
- Open the app, go to the card page, and pick your card.
- On the checkout page, input your code in the Promo code field.
- Verify the discount, complete the payment, and your card is ready to use.
Important Notes
- Promo Code vs. Referral Code: These are different. Promo codes are for card discounts, referral codes are for friend invitations.
- Usage Limit: Only one promo code can be applied per card transaction.
- Fee Applicability: Discounts apply strictly to the card issuance fee, not to subsequent transactions or deposit fees.
- Invalid Codes: If a code fails, it is usually expired, misspelled, or fully redeemed.
