Both physical and virtual DPT cards support ATM cash withdrawals. Virtual card withdrawals require an ATM with NFC contactless support (Apple Pay or Google Pay).
ATM withdrawal limits:

Please note that both approved and declined attempts count toward the daily frequency limit. Transactions exceeding either limit will be automatically declined.
