DPT High Yield earns from two sources through its underlying asset, ONyc:
- Insurance premiums. Insurers pay OnRe to share big risks, such as lawsuits, cyber attacks and natural disasters. What’s left after claims is yield.
- Backup money. The money held to pay claims earns its own return, from assets like stablecoins and US Treasuries.
It is not paid in token rewards.
