DPT Pay is a stablecoin payments platform — a Visa card funded by USDC and USDT, payouts to local bank rails in 100+ currencies, and merchant acquiring from 0.3%. It is operated by DPT (HK) Limited, a Hong Kong fintech company.

Who we are

DPT (HK) Limited is based in Hong Kong and operates the DPT Pay platform: the consumer card and app, the cross-border payout rail, and the merchant acquiring product. DPT is not a bank, and does not present itself as one — it is a payments company built on stablecoin infrastructure with licensed partners at every regulated step.

  • Licensing. DPT (HK) Limited holds a Hong Kong Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) licence under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO, Cap. 615). TCSP licensees are listed on the public Hong Kong Companies Registry TCSP register.
  • Card issuing. The DPT card is issued by U.S. Bank under licence from Visa and works at Visa-accepting merchants in 150+ countries.
  • Custody. Customer digital assets are held with BitGo, a regulated custodian, with insurance coverage on custodied assets.
  • Card data. Card processing follows the PCI DSS standard.

What we operate

The DPT card and app — a Visa card funded by USDC or USDT, with Apple Pay and Google Pay support. Global Payout — stablecoin transfers settled to bank accounts, e-wallets, and instant rails like UPI and PIX across 100+ currencies, with mid-market FX locked at confirmation. Acquiring — stablecoin payment acceptance for online, in-store, and invoice flows from 0.3% per transaction, settled same day in fiat or crypto.
